The firm offers its clients extensive management labor and employment law experience. For employment issues the firm has advised clients in all areas, including discrimination claims under Title VII (race, sex, color, creed, national origin), Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as related state law and local ordinances. The firm also defends clients against Equal Employment Opportunity charges in the investigation and litigation stages at the federal, state and local levels.


We advisee clients on Equal Pay and wage and hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Davis-Bacon Act; government contractor matters including the Service Contract Act. Additionally, the firm handles defense of employment at will and related contractual and tort claims in federal and state courts.The firm represents employers in unemployment compensation claims and the appeal process before the agency and in state courts.

The firm has considerable experience in both drafting and counseling clients about policy and procedure manuals, employment contracts, confidentiality and trade secret agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. The firm also has litigated issues relating to these kinds of agreements on behalf of its clients.

We also have experience in defending housing discrimination claims brought under federal and state law.
